i have swollen tonsils that has white stuff in them its not painful i had it for a year can i get rid of themthey have been swollen for about a year and give me bad breathe and over last thanksgiving i had a big lump by my neck and it was hard to breathe went to the doctor and got antibiotics and it went away but my tonsils are still swollen and food gets stuck in the holes of my tonsil causing bad breath but my tonsils never hurt except the one time

I'm guessing you had an infection, which is now gone, and now you're left with common tonsil stones. These are dead bacteria and food particles, so they're not bad, except in aesthetics and smell. Don't stick a toothbrush in there or anything pointed to get them out...that's just asking to swallow it or rupture something. Instead, get a 99 cent spray bottle in the samples aisle at any store. Fill it with warm (NOT HOT) water and put it on the highest setting, meaning a stream of water opposed to a misting spray. Use a flashlight and point the nozzle at your tonsil and spray a couple times. Should come right out.
