I've had it for 3 days now, and found i can get hydrated via herbal tea and honey without much problem as long as the temperature was really hot

Even cream of mushroom soup is hard to eat because chunks of mushroom. Any ideas?

thank you for reading ;p
defiantly and since i drink 100 % of my liquids (other than whats in food) in tea i feel like i should being yoga too... ;p

I tried mash potatoes but found them painful. the fiber was too much. However, I found my food source for this acute phase to be cream of chicken, with the chicken strained out. Much better flavor than the broths ;p. and very hot.

So to anyone else who has this condition and may look see this answer one day... i found very hot strained cream of w/e soup, and herbel tea with honey to be best ;p. honey coats the surface of the tonsils making the chloroseptic not as needed ;p.

i feel your pain! i had mono when i was a kid and found it torture to be forced to sit out of recess for 3 months, hopefully you'll have an easier time resting and healing. of course, that obligatory rest made me a very well ready 9 year old.

mashed potatoes, pudding or jello and ice cream. start eating a more balanced diet once you can swallow so you can still get those important nutrients to help heal your body.

mashed potatoes are nice because you can flavor them a multitude of ways. if they're soft you don't really need to even swallow... just eat small bites and let them dissolve.

keep going with the tea- it's super good for you!
