Nasally voice, should I get my tonsils/adenoids removed?I have a kind of nasally voice (not strong) and I was wondering is it because I have large tonsils? should I get my tonsils and adenoids removed? I also feel "choked up" and I can barely eat pasta without choking.
will this make a difference..?

You probably should, if you are choking. Your voice may or may not be affected. You should have some speech therapy to improve your voice in any case.
