its a scam. don't waste your money.
i asked my ENT about it and he said he read it and it gave no more "special" info than any logical person could tell you. it basically said stuff like gargle with salt water which doesn't really do anything for most people and avoid eating bread which none of us sufferers is actually going to do.
my advice is go see an ENT (ear nose and throat dr) and ask about getting a tonsillectomy.
i suffered with tonsil stones for 10yrs and i had my tonsils out in 2009 and i am soooo happy i did. no more tonsil stones. best decision ever!!!
