HIV/AIDS, Infection, Virus, TMJ?

Hi,I did the following:
HIV/AIDS, Infection, Virus, TMJ?HIV/AIDS, Infection, Virus, TMJ?
Ok, I'm 19 years old. Me and my girlfriend has always had protected sex. We've been together for like 3 months, and had sex several times with a condom. Everything seemed to be fine, one day I gave her oral sex (for like 30 seconds)... and since then I developed two lymph nodes by my ear and another one on the top of my neck, both on the right side at the same time. They are kind of hard, maybe about a half of inch by little or less. I've been taking Doxycycl for about a day, and I'm not seeing any results. I am SO scared that it's AIDS or HIV. I'm scared to get tested. My girlfriend was diagnosed with HPV and had Cervical Cancer... but said that everything was fine. Can I get HIV by vaginal juices? I am soo scared. I need someone to calm me down.

I have been having diarrhea, but I've had it before we had oral sex.
and plus my med's cause it.

Other than that, I have no other symptoms really... I feel normal except for the lymph nodes.

What freaks me out is that the lymph nodes came at the same time... They really haven't increased in size or anything.. I'm just scared.. Really scared.

Someone please help me.. Could this be HIV/AIDS? or could it be another STD? or another type of disease?? Please help me...

I have also had alot of piercings... I had my tragus done... took it out.. and I had an industrial, and had that token out... still have a keiliod from where I took it out.. could that be possible to have lymph nodes by tragus and top of neck.

My girlfriend has also had tonsillitis, I don't know if that has anything to do with it.. My tonsils don't look swollen, but could that be a cause? We kiss and share drinks.

Another thing is that I believe I suffer from TMJ, my jaw also locks all the time.. could that be a cause? Some of my teeth are also sensetive to water, could that be possible?

First of all, kudos to you for being smart and using a condom.

You can get HIV from vaginal juices, but male to female oral sex has a lower risk of transmission than penetrative sex.

It takes around 3-6 months from initial exposure to get an accurate reading on an HIV test. And usually longer than that before you become symptomatic. So the likely hood that your lymph nodes are swollen due to HIV from oral sex on your girlfriend is pretty much nil. You wouldn't show symptoms that quickly.

Why are you on the medication? Your illness could be giving you the swollen lymph nodes. Nodes swell for a variety of reasons, even from something as simple as a common cold. My lymph nodes became swollen from a bug bite on my jaw.

If your girlfriend was sick (tonsilitis) it's possible you caught whatever was making her sick. That would make your nodes swell.

Any sexually active person should get tested anyway just to know their status. But take a deep breath, based on what you're telling me it doesn't sound like HIV.

Keeping playing it safe!

I think you are seriously stressed out and need to calm down. Sometimes one problem in your body leads to many more because we worry so much about them. I hope you haven't told your girlfriend any of this because you will make her feel horrible. Its obvious her diagnosis before she met you (HPV) scared you so much and you have subconsciously come to fear her body and quite possibly your own. In almost every line you seem to be blaming her for all of your illnesses. I read this book, You Can Heal your Life by Louise Hay and it states that diarrhea is Fear and Rejection manifested in our bodies. Lymph Nodes are a warning that the mind needs to be recentered on the essentials of life love and joy. TMJ or jaw problems are feelings of anger, resentment or a desire for revenge. I know other people will tell you to go straight to the doctor, but with my experience with reading the book, i feel maybe you should start work on your inner self. Good luck
