Enlarged tonsil first noticed about 2 yrs ago?My right tonsil is three times the size of my left tonsil. I am always choking on food or getting food stuck behind it. Is it normal to have a very large tonsil? It doesn't hurt or anything although i do wake up with a sore throut often. What could be up with it? thanks!

Go to a doctor. You probably want to have them removed especially if you are choking on food or have discomfort from food getting stuck behind it.
