Should I see a doctor for my tonsil pain?I looked in the mirror and noticed that one of my tonsils was a bit swollen and looked different from my other tonsil. For a while, it hurt to talk, yawn, or swallow. Sometimes tiny white bits of food will get stuck there and it takes a long time to get it out. Is this normal? Should I see a doctor?

if you have allergies the post nasal drip can irritate your throat and make it sore.as for the food getting stuck in there,,,if its food it will be hard like corn and smell. its not puss is it? any fever? gargle with 1 cup warm water and half teaspoon of salt every day.
