i have them too!i do gargles with sodium bicarbonate :) to me it works a llllot..also it makes ur throath healthier and it's awesome for bad breath caused by bacteries (and tonsil stones are FULL of bacteries)

gargle with apple cider vinegar 3 times daily. also rub your forearms from the base of the thumb to the elbow crease.( make a fist, stick out your thumb--it should point up towards the ceiling and massage the base towards the elbow crease). this has always helped me
