Why did God, so knowledgeable and powerful create us...?so imperfect to start out with? Seriously, don't you think that someone who has infinite knowledge and power should of created us infinitely perfect as well as all life?
Here are some examples of what I'm specifically talking about:
• Wisdom teeth– Wisdom teeth are not even useful for human survival. In fact, it somewhat diminishes the life span by making it easier for periodontal disease to develop.
• Male nipples– Men don't need nipples for any reason, so... Why do men have them, as well as most mammalian males?
• Appendix– The appendix is only useful for other primates who eat large amounts of vegetation. On humans, its rather a useless part of the body.
• Body hair– Male facial hair has only been shown to be beneficial in sexual selection. Eyebrows help keep sweat from our eyes. Yet, body hair surves no purpose at all when there is sweat.
• Fifth toe– The fifth toe is a wastefull part of the foot as it only helps some primates that live in trees. Humans only need 4 toes to stay balanced while walking.
• Coccyx– A fused vertebrae that came from tails which most mammals still need for balance and communication. Humans don't need this as they walk upright.
• Pyramidalis muscle– This is a trianangular pouch-like muscle that attaches to the pubic bone. It doesn't have any purpose in humans.
• Plica semilunaris– The third eyelid in our eyes. However, humans only need two. Its more of a burden for people than for some animals that have it.
• Adenoids– Trap bacteria, BUT are also prone to infection and disease themselves, which completely nullifies their purpose.
• Tonsils– Trap bacteria as well, but once again, are prone to infection and swelling. Tonsils, or not, the body does well without them. They are usually removed nowadays.
• Arrector pili– Only gives us goosebumps. They are more helpful for hairer animals which need to appear big and tough to survive.
• Neck rib– Only causes nerve and artery problems... =[
All of these were apparently implanted when God created us. Why, if he is all-knowing and all powerful, didn't he give us the most perfect human body and such? Why, instead, did he hinder us by designing these useless and sometimes, awful body parts? Of course, Adam & Eve had some, if not all, these body parts when they were created as well, but why?

Yar... but dont you all get it by now, you cant change their faith, its pity really. :)

He intended us to be perfect and gave us the ability to choose for ourselves and we chose to disobey him and so we're the ones that made us imperfect. Because by bringing sin into the world...the wages of sin is death and illness cause death I guess.

So that when we're dead and gone, our next generations/the next species, can inherit some of these traits to help them adapt to whatever kind of life they're deemed to live.
We inherit some weird genes/body parts from whatever things we evolved from that they had no use of but we do.
Get it?
Good.

God created us to be his friend, but he also gave us free will. That is when we come in

God, the most powerful, awesome, and amazing thing ever. God is beautiful, God is the source of everything good. In my small mind, God should never be questioned. Though, I question him all the time, I always get the same answer. It's no simpler than God is never wrong.
God gave us imperfections, because we are his children. We need to learn and understand. We also are ourselves. We are bound to make mistakes. It's part of being human, and, it's kind of part of our genetic makeup.
But, you've hit a brick wall right here. You won't get past it. Science and God just don't mix, and they never will. But, one thing that both God and Science do agree on, is there are no mistakes. Everything is here for a reason, and nothing is inexplainable.
BUT that doesn't mean that a single person can explain and know it all. It's all part of science, and the revelation of God.
All in all, Science and God are like olive and water. In two ways. One way, is they don't mix. The other way, is olive oil (science) is very necessary, but we can live without it. Water (God), on the other hand, is necessary for all life and every life.

We were made perfect. Are you saying that if we can't figure out the purpose for something it has no purpose? We don't even live the way we should. Are you a vegetarian?

If we do not yet know the function of a body part, it does not mean that the body part has no function. It only means that we do not know. For example, you mentioned the coccyx. Here's what I got from wikipedia.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coccyx
"The coccyx provides an attachment for nine muscles, such as the gluteus maximus and those necessary for defecation. It also acts as something of a shock absorber when a person sits down, although forceful impact can cause damage and subsequent bodily pains."
Therefore the coccyx has both biological and physical functions. So what happened was that at one time, when people did not know what the coccyx was for, they called it useless and put it on their list of useless body parts. But, in examples like the coccyx, science has shown that just because something appears useless does not mean that it is actually useless.
Here's something about the appendix
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vermiform_appendix
Only when we know EVERYTHING about the human body (biology, chemistry, physics) can we claim there are useless body parts. And I do not think we know everything yet.
