You have what is called tonsil stones. If you google that (or yahoo, sorry), you may even find pictures. They are basically deposits of bacteria that have collected in the pits of your tonsils. Once in a blue moon, I'll get them as well. Even though it is not recommended, I will take a butter knife a pluck them out.
I'm not telling you to do that, but when you do (and then gargle with mouthwash) if feels so good! But I'm not telling you to do that, okay?
I'm just saying it feels really, really good once they're gone.
All the best!

Could to a quinsy, I had them they are abcesses on the tonsils, if your sore throat gets so bad that the pain to swallow is agony and i mean agony go to the doc asap. Are you producing a lot of saliva to more than it is possible to swallow.
keep a eye on your tempreture too.
Hope this helps.

Everyone seems on pt, at the end of the day you really need to see a physician. Tonsil stones are common and can sometimes be left untreated, but with all of your other symptoms it could be some other type of infection.
