What is it like to get your tonsils removed?I may be having my tonsils removed soon. What is it like? How bad is the pain? How long after your surgery did it hurt for? Was it worth it?

With tonsils, it's not always a choice to have them removed or not. It can be very uncomfortable as you get older.
