First go to the doctor and get a script, probably an antibiotic. You can gargle with salt water, drink a lot of fluids and take aspirin (with food). And rest. Please don't go to work or school. Get better in case you have something contagious. Now, go call the doc. Godloveya. Hope you feel better.
