What do i have???? Sore Throat, White Spots On Tonsils, Discharge From Penis, Difficulty Swallowing?So this has been going on for about 3-4 days and im really tired of it. Don't know how I got it or why ME! Been really confused on what I really have and need some relief on finding an answer before I start to go crazy. The symptoms I have been having are as follows:
Sore throat
Swollen lymph nodes
Slight runny nose
Difficulty swallowing
White spots and patched on tonsils
Slight pain right next to belly button
And the most weird one of all, same white spot material discharging from my penis on day 1, but now its gone, feel like i have to pee every ten seconds
Please help me find a answer as to how i could of gotten this, what it is and if its serious. Thank you all

Lymphadenopathy and penile discharge are serious and require a doctor ASAP. Are you sexually active? Is this related to an encounter with someone new? It sounds like a bacterial infection, and I keep thinking Gonorrhea because of the white discharge. The abdominal pain may indicate a kidney or bladder infection.
