Oh you definatly have strept throat. It doesn't matter if it hurts or not. You have all the symptoms. You need to get to the doctor right away.
Strept throat that is not dealt with can lead to scarlett fever which is very serious.

the white spots are called tonsil stones.
sometimes you can cough one up and they stink really bad.
they also give you bad breath.
they're just lodged foods in your tonsil pockets.
completely harmless but totally annoying.
the only sure way to make sure they never come back is to get your tonsils removed.
if you have any other questions e-mail me.
i'm very experienced when it comes to these annoying suckers.
oh & don't worry it isn't strep or anything serious.
they'll come up on their own eventually.

It is most likely strep (strep doesn't always hurt). Go and get a throat culture. It won't get better on its own.

How the heck do you know your tonsils are swollen and they have white spots? You are probably developing tonsilitis. The sore throat will soon follow.

I had the same thing. Its tonsillitis.
for me, it went away after awhile, but it hasnt come back. yet.
usually, if it occurs once, it will occur again, from what i hear.

I had a strep throat when I was younger. And my throat didn't hurt either. I was just feeling super sick, and was also very nauseous. But it would just be better if you went to a doctor. It might just be an infection.
