Pus Pocket on one Tonsil, But throat ISNT sore?Hey everyone,
I noticed Monday, after running around forever, i felt a lil run down, like i was getting sick. I looked at my thraot (bc my throat is chronic to getting sick) and noticed a pus pocket. Not veryy small, but not large either. buttt my throat isnt sore and my glands dont feel swollen. I take Vit C and have been almost everyday for the past month. Could that be why?? I really should see a doc but due to work I can never get in there, but then again I really dont feel sick. Should I wait it out a few more days?? Thanks!

You might want to wait it out, especially since it's only one and you don't have a sore throat. Try gargling with salt water, that helps get rid of them if it's not something like strep or tonsilitis. Wait a few days, if you get worse then do go see a doc to rule out any infection.

You need to be swabbe it may be strep infection. symptoms vary from person to person but pus pocket can be a symptom

No I wouldn't wait. I get a lot of throat infections as well and the last time I had the same symptoms you are describing I had strep throat. Could've knocked me over cause I thought the same thing as you are right now. I would try to get in today or tomorrow, maybe find a doctor that is on your plan that is open in the evenings.
