Swollen tonsils, no pain...what could this be?

Do you find what you need? Look here!
Swollen tonsils, no pain...what could this be?I got a bit of a sore throat, nothing extreme, about two or three weeks ago. There were some white patches on my tonsils so I thought it might be Strep but after going to the doctor the results came back negative. I gargled salt water and had juice/etc and after a week or two the white spots cleared up but my tonsils remained pretty swollen. I don't have any other symptoms worth mentioning, very very little ear pain and neck tenderness but that's all. I've already had mono about a year or so ago, I've heard that you can relapse on it but the symptoms are not that similar. Tonight I noticed a small white spot on one of my tonsils again and I really really hope that it's not coming back. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I'm pretty worried just because it's been like this for a while. I will get to the doctor eventually but any help would be great.

I suggest you try drinking green tea with manuka honey. The green tea will reduce swelling and the manuka honey will kill any hidden fungal, bacterial infections what I suspect it probably is. Green tea might taste unpleasant but you do have to acquire the taste for it and its benefits are no less than miraculous. Also, include herbs like thyme, oregano, rosemary and basil in your diet, this will reduce the chances of internal infections. Also try using listerine as a mouth wash. You ca even use green tea as a mouth wash. Hope this helps.
