its not meningitis you would not be able to look at the computer screen.
the stiff neck is due to your lymph nodes being swollen because you have tonsillitis.

did they do a strep culture on your throat? It sounds like you have strep throat. This can treated with antibiotics, tonsillitis can't. It doesn't sound to me like meningitis, but, to be sure, check with your dr.

"im jus worried bcuz i have majority of the symptoms of meningitis as well" -- You also have the symptoms of a variety of other conditions as well. Aren't you afraid of those? What made you focus on meningitis??
Okay. Let's examine your "meningitis" symptoms more closely. Your temperature has been ranging from 100 - 102.9 (you have a digital thermometer). A fever over 100 can be caused by meningitis but also by many other conditions. A fever over 103 is more likely with meningitis. The stiff neck of meningitis is nuchal rigidity and is demonstrated when you are unable to flex your neck forward and touch your chin to your chest. You said stiff neck but is this nuchal rigidity as I described it? Meningitis can cause severe neck pain as well. If you had a meningitis headache, I think you'd be lying down. It's not a typical, bad headache. The pain worsens significantly when you shake your head. You've said you have the majority of the symptoms but you've mentioned 3 out of 10 and not a strong 3 at that.
