Is there anything i can do for my swollen tonsils?Is there a over the counter medication, or home remedy. It hurts when i swallow,and only one side of my throat hurts. My whole body aches,and I feel very warm at night. Please help

If your tonsils have white spots (or look very white all over) you probably have strep, and only antibiotics will help. Other than that, it sounds like the flu. Take some theraflu and liquid tylenol.

You should try gargling with some warm salt water and then drink a cup of hot tea with honey and lemon juice, i know it sounds gross but i remember my grandma telling me about it.
