I have white spots on my tonsils and a bad sore throat. But no other cold symptoms.?Does this mean I have streep throat?? Or can you have white spots and just be like a viral infection or some thing? I don't think i have a fever but I'm not sure.Please Help thanks.

Sounds like strep. That's good news, though, because strep is treatable and you should feel better soon after you start antibiotics.

White spots on the back of your throat could be strep throat, especially if you have a bad sore throat and a fever. Get a throat culture at the doctors office, that's the most accurate way to diagnose it. Don't share drinking glasses or eating utensils, strep throat is contagious.

Its hard to say, I would get to a dr and have a strep test done.
