I feel like I have this lump right at the base of my tongue where my tonsils were?I don't have my tonsils anymore, but it feels like they are still there and swollen, I feel very blocked, I am breathing ok and drinking ok, when I drank it irritated it a little bit, but other than that I think I am ok, I am trying not to think about it but it's kinda freaking me out. Any thoughts on what it could be?

Technically, it could be anything. If it's bothering you, I'd go see an ENT Doctor (Ear, Nose, and Throat).
