visible tonsils
1 small white patch on tonsil
naseau

is this tonsillitis, strep throat, or mono? if its none of these, then what is it?
o and im 13 and diabetic. my sugars have been high lately in case your wondering. and dont tell me to go to a doctor

Its not likely to be strep throat - it usually causes a fever, and an extremely painful throat that is cherry red. Mono causes a headache, neck ache, and a fever. So, it looks like tonsillitis is the most likely cause since its the only one that causes stomach problems.
