Talk to your doctor. It could be a sign of needing your tonsils removed...but it could also be a sign of something else. Definitely talk to your doctor.

I have it removed now I am perfectly fine.
I think you can discuss it with you doctor
and see what he will give the suggestion.
Sometime if its not that you take antibiotics more than a month
and nothing better, they might not suggest for the operation.
Anyway ask your doctor.
