Tonsils out?Over the past couple months, I have gotten sick 3 times. I take all the medication...I get better...and a few weeks later I get sick again. I had strep twice, and a bad sinus infection. I'm sick again! I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow, and I think she may want to take my tonsils out, it had been mentioned before.
My question is, do you have to stay overnight in the hospital? Also, how long is recovery and does taking them out even help?

I have had mine out. You don't have to stay overnight. Recovery is a couple of weeks. Make sure you eat soft foods and you get to eat ice cream!!!
