Recovering from bacterial tonsillitis - should I disinfect objects in my room?I'm on antibiotics treating a bad case of bacterial tonsillitis, I know that after the antibiotics my immune system will be low and because it's bacterial & not viral there might be chance of reinfection. I also know that bacteria can survive on objects, so do I need to wash my bedsheets, change my toothbrush, and disinfect objects in my room like the computer keyboard/mouse/doorknobs etc? Thanks.

Lillian
i dont see why you would have to change your bed sheets
but when ever i had tonsillitis i changed my toothbrush
you should probably disinfect your keyboard, mouse, and doorknobs
