I received the LA Bacillin IM shot for strep yesterday? How long will these white spots lasts?I can see the white exudates on my tonsils. I want to know when they will go away? And is it safe to go back to the hospitals and be around patients?

if you really had strep throat, you are safe to go to work 24 hours after the injection.
the white spots should fade and fall off in 3 days.
