white things on tonsils/back side of throat,?for a few years now ive had these white things showing up on what i beleive is my tonsils, when they are there it kinda feels like there is a piece of a popcorn kernel stuck to the side of my thoat, then when they come off its usually when im chewing gum, drinking lots of water, or sometimes just randomly. sometimes ill be able to spit them out but usually i end up swallowing them and it feels really weird and makes me cough when i do. It's pretty annoying but dosent happen that frequently, I have a few of them right now, but i also just got over strep throat(this is the first time ive had it in 10 years and ive had the throat problem for about 3) could someone tell me what it is? should i worry about it and go see my doctor, or can i just continue dealing with it? if its nothing serious i can deal with it. sorry if the way i worded this confused anyone

I went through the same thing, I had white stuff on the back of my through and just like you, it was stuck, what this is, is a infection from your tonsils and I had mine removed I don't get this problem any more since I had my tonsils removed, I don't think they do removing your tonsils any more, the doctors now day only give you a tablet, I also take a health supplement of which has helped me with all of my health problems, and I find it to help with my immune system, I hardly catch a cold since I have been on it. I hope this may be helpful with your throat problem, all the best with it.

yup i describe it as pop corn kernels.. its normal tonsils filtering infection probably sinus , now i use a Q tip push under white spot it will pop out , leaves a hole sometimes it fills up again push again gargle with warm salt water,or peroxide and water , you can use a spoon too , you have bad breath if you don't remove this, sometimes its strep virus, that's my home remedy.. use humidifyer also..
