These are useful and collceted by kong!
White stuff in tonsils? Red spots on roof of mouth? This is really disgusting and embarressing. For a few months I've been getting white stuff in my tonsils, their like little oddly shaped balls that smell and taste horrible. I am sometimes able to get them out with a cotton swab but sometimes I will just swallow one on accident. I also have red spots on the roof of my mouth. My throat is not sore at all though. Anyone else ever have this? Im embaressed to tell a dr.

White spots on the tonsils is usually a pretty telltale sign of tonsillitis. Go to the doctor, get some penicillin, it'll be fine.

Your white stuff in your tonsils is technically called Tonsil stones.
Tonsil Stones or tonsillitis is caused by an accumulation of sulfur producing bacteria and debris that become stuck in the tonsils. This causes the bad taste, or smell. In these cases people with lumps or white stuff (stone like white or even yellow buildup) in the throat, also may have a breath problem.

Long Term solution: you should try some medicinal or natural treatment. Or if your problem is serious--or reoccurring another solution is to get a tonsillectomy, that's removal of the tonsils.

Temporary solution: scrape your tongue with a tongue scraper. Use listerine, because it kills some of the bacteria. Sometimes people can "cough" them up. This is not recommended.

This is actually common, nothing to be embarrassed about. :) Talk to the Dr!
