What structures do the lymph nodes that form Waldeyers ring drain?I know the ring is formed from the palatine, lingual and pharyngeal tonsils, but im not sure where they drain lymph from. Also, where does lymph ultimately reach the vascular system from these nodes. Where does it go after the deep cervical lymph nodes?

very good Q... Waldeyers ring is specifically characterized by their direct contact with the Antigen, i.e. they r modified lymph nodes having efferent without afferent! (i remember it is the only part in the body doing this), remember the palatine tonsils catching infection after cold ice cream.
they drain to deep cervical chain, then to the jugular lymph trunk. This vessel drains into either the thoracic duct on the left, the right lymph duct on the right, or independantly drain into either the internal jugualar, subclavian, or brachiocephalic veins.
