What are this symptoms pointing to ?just recently I have been experiencing backache, tonsillitis and headaches as well as a fever and i just got a cold sore i think on the left side of my face...these things seem to be pointing to herpes I'm not sexually active or anything freaky please help me know what it is thanks

just to add more to my query...I also suspect my tooth brush was mistakenly used by someone with HIV (I know that person has it) who has developed a habit of forgetting ..also in the past I was sexually abused as a child but I was given some medication of which I was too young to understand but i knew I had to take it to get better and it was prescribed by an experienced doctor but now am in doubt just what if they doctors did not manage to spot something else please help

All your symptoms could just be caused by an infection. HIV is possible if your toothbrush was used, but very very unlikely. To be sure I would go to the clinic and get tested. They can look at your cold sores as well.
