tonsillitis question?alright so ive started feeling the full symptoms of tonsillitis on sunday now im wondering if this is bacterial or viral so ive always had verry large tonsils doctors always make a remark but todayy i toook a look at my tonsils with a led light in the mirror ive got what appers to be like a third tonsil on my right side right under the normal one but its much bigger so i think this is like extreme swelling im not sure but ive got those white dots but mostly on my right side but still significant on the left sidee so im trying to figure out if this is viral or bacterial well because i dont want to waste my time wating over an hour in a clinic full of sick people just ot get told to have sum rest i cant swallow my own saliva its relly bad

tonsil-itis..... "itis" just means swollen, the diagnosis tonsilitis doesn't tell you whats causing the symptom.
if it doesn't peak and begin to feel better after three or four days you should always go to the doctor. especially if it begins to interfere with your capacity to swallow or breath or anything else you have to do regularly to live.
