theres a whiteish patch on my tonsil and stones coming out?ok every now and then theres these little 'tonsil stones' that come out of my tonsils and theres always been this whiteish yellow patch in the lower corner of my right tonsil and my tonsils have always been big and its hard to swallow most of the time anyway what is this patch? and how do i get rid of the things coming out? they smell really bad. and make me have really bad breath..

get your tonsils removed. the pre surgery meds they give u are fun as hell to take, u feel whoozy and stuff. but it hurts like hell when u wake up. but if u get em removed you wont have truble with ur tonsils ever again

get a tonsillectomy. That would be your best bet to avoid any other problems in the future. Your tonsils aren't vital, so you won't miss anything

You have Tonsilloliths or as you stated "tonsil stones." It's stones that are formed from bacteria, mucous, and dead cells. It's typically not harmful. You don't need antibiotics unless there is an infection. The stones do cause bad breath. You can try to use a water pick to remove the stones yourself as this will help with bad breath. Also, try coughing really hard on occasion to expel them. If the stones are increasingly large, then see a doctor to determine if surgery is necessary.
