Sore throat with white spots, horrible headache and stiff joints, and upset stomach, any ideas?I just started getting a tickle in my throat yesterday and today I woke up with the white spots on my tonsils and since I've been at work the headache, upset stomach and stiffness have started. Any ideas?

You have an infection (that is puss on your throat). Sounds like strep.
You need to go get some antibotics because this isn't going to go away on it's own.

It does sound like strep.
One thing that will make you feel better and sooth your sore throat is a large mug of hot Licorice Tea and Green tea.

You've got a bad case of tonsillitis. The upset stomach and joint/muscle pain is caused by bacteria being swallowed by you and entering your system
Antibiotics will deal with the bacteria.
Gargling with warm salt water will help.
A spray called Difflam(in the UK) is available from pharmacies and works really well to kill the pain.
It's not particularly pleasant, but gargling with soluble asprin or paracetamol also helps the pain.

That definitely sounds like strep throat. Go to a doctor ASAP so you can get antibiotics.
