Sore throat, white lump on tonsil, earache, any help?I woke up with a horrible ear ache this morning in addition to the other symptoms. Terrible pain. Please help

earache and sore throat is normal when your sick. white lump is probably angina - i think thats how you write it, go to the doctor, its nothing serious so dont worry.
