A peice of my tonsil kinda came off, now I have a hole..(more details)?Ok so I have had swollen tonsils for a couple weeks now and since Thursday I got sick. Like sore throat. I had these white dot things..Im just gonna draw a picture and attach it cause its rather hard to explain.

ok to explain the picture. the white dots are like these small little white thingys kinda looks liek little white heads or something and thats where they are in my throat then the tonsils i made bigger to show that mine are liek that all big and stuff. then on the left you will see a dark red thing and then the black outliend thing. th edark red thing represents the hole in my tonsil. you cant actually see it liek that but anyways. the chunk of skin that came out of the hole is still halfway attached to my tonsil. I can stick almost the whole tip of a qtip inside this tonsil hole..kinda pulling it side to side it looks liek their is white stuff in it.
now this hole appeared after i had this like blood blister looking thing one day then it just tore away i guess..
would this be a good reason to possibly have my tonsils taken out?
I have an appointment the 8th which was scheduled on thursday before this hole in my tonsil
should i be concerned? it doesnt really hurt even when i am cleaning it with the qtip the little chunk is just annoying because it touches the other tonsil and feels liek a chunk of food stuck back there..
any ideas?
yeah but i had tonsillitis like a month and a half ago..can i get it again this soon?
also, my throat doesnt hurt anymore. I just have like a hole in my tonsil randomly. also im 17 years old

Sounds like tonsillitis, i think you probably need your tonsils taken out, but you can live till Thursday.... Check this link out:
