Thank you all! Now, my cousin brought some Chinese medicine, and I served my dad some warm water. Wait till tomorrow, and hopefully my dad will feel better. I drove him to Santa Clara Valley Health and Hospital 30 minutes ago, but it usually takes hours to get treatment even in Emergency Room. So we decided to come back home, and try those Chinese Medicine. Hope it works! I owe big favors to so many people. God Bless Americans.

give him lots of hot drinks, water is fine, to get rid of the bacteria causing the infections. Keep him warm, a high body temperature also kills bugs.
Lemon and honey drinks are good, and sage can be made into a tea that is good against infections, one teaspoon per cup of hot water, leave to steep for 5 minutes.
Keep sipping all the time.

A hospital cannot refuse help due to lack of insurance. After he's been treated, when the bill comes, maybe he can make arrangements to make small payments. Urge him to check into programs like Family Health Plus that help people get cheap coverage for those that can't afford it. Good Luck.
