Ive got swollen Tonsils and sore throat im in real pain....what do i have??? please Help?I've got swollen Tonsils,sore throat,fever,headache,fatigue and I'm dizzy i don't have appetite and when i did have a few spoons of hot soup i throw up...what do i have?

Sounds like you have strep throat. Swollen tonsils, sore throat, fever, headache, nausea, fatigue, vomiting, the pain of just swallowing your own saliva and white spots on your tonsils are a mark of strep throat. What you need to do is see your doctor so he/she can prescribe you some Amoxicillin to fix that problem. Home meds and remedies are not enough because what you need is antibiotics. The main concerns right now is to control your fever by taking tylenol (325mg x3) to bring your fever down and motrin(800mg) to reduce body aches and headaches. You can combine the two and it wont harm you. These meds are just temporary and will keep coming back unless you receive some antibiotics. The other main concern is to make sure your tonsils dont swell up so much that its difficult to breath. The minute this happens PLS. CALL 911because you will need immidiate attention. It sounds scary but its true. Hope you feel better and good luck.
