if u have red spots on your soft palete in the roof of your mouth and your tonsils are swollen what is it?????there are also yellow spots like little mosquito bites on the back of my throat as well.and the red spots are bumpy.

it sounds like toncilaidis or strepthroat if its strepthroat its contagous you need to go to the doctors they can give you medication for it either way

Yellow spots and swelling are sure signs of an infection. Better get to a doctor. You may need to have your tonsils removed. My son had throat infections quite often and the doctor removed his tonsils. No throat infections so far.
