I having chronic tonsillitis for 1 year now?Well it been a year and i been having chronic tonsillitis (over 10 times), only once was it a case of strep throat, but every other time it's been a mystery. We done the culture test & ran a EBV blood test to see if there could be a cause for a possible mononucleosis, but all was NEGATIVE. Any ideas?

I think u have to get your tonsils out

You need to have your tonsils taken out. Can't believe a doctor has suggested this yet.
