How can I remove a tonsil stone/pearl?

Other people asked questions on various topics, and are still
waiting for answer. Would be great if you can take a sec and
answer them
How can I remove a tonsil stone/pearl?I have had tonsil stone/pearl for over a year. It is really far back on my tonsil, when I try to remove it I gag. Any tips?
I can reach back there with a Q-tip but it isn't coming out. I don't want to use tweezers because im scared of putting something pointy back there.

Eat some toast it might scratch it off. but gargle with warm salt water.
