waiting for answer. Would be great if you can take a sec and
answer them

i already went to the doctor but i think she was off her nut she just said i had a viral infection i think i have strep

i don't think mainly tonsils affected by streptococcus bacteria.

Yes, viral infections can cause white spots (tonsilar exudate) and are not necessarily an indicator of strep throat. Most sore throats are caused by viruses and will resolve without the need for antibiotics. But if you're really feeling awful (have high fever and/or difficulty swallowing) this makes a bacterial infection more likely. My advice would be to hold tight on your doctor's advice and treat the symptoms - plenty of fluids and painkillers (gargling soluble aspirin can help). If it's not gone away in 3 days or if it gets much worse head back to the doctor.
