Does anybody know any home remedies for sore throat?I have a really sore throat and wondered if anybody knew any home remedies to ease the pain?
My boyfriend last week was told he had tonsillitis so would it be best to go to the doctors and get myself checked out?
Obviously i can't go today as it's the weekend, so i just need something to help just now.

apple cider vinegar and honey. just a couple of tablespoons of each. a teaspoon of whiskey mixed in helps.

Try gargling with a glass of warm water and a teaspoon of salt. Works every time.

Gargling with salt water is the best way to kill bacteria and viruses in the throat. You can also put it up your nose allowing it to run down the throat.
Apple cider vinergar also kills bacteria, but is harder to gargle with. Just swallow it.
