Can pergnancy symptoms be mistaken for diabetes?

Hi,I did the following:
Can pergnancy symptoms be mistaken for diabetes? My fiance and I do 100% of the time have unprotected sex and I've been really sick lately so its hard to determine exactly whats going on with my body... for almost 2 and 1/2 weeks now my nipples have been sore to the touch and I've been having PMS type cramps- no period though. I also have Chronic Cryptic Tonsillitis so I've been dealing with swollen glands in my throat and a lot of sinus drainage. On top of that for the past few days I dont feel like my body has been absorbing ANY liquids- my pee is YELLOW (its notmally pale yellow or clear) my mouth and hands are constantly dry - I ALWAYS take a couple bottles of water to bed with me and drink BOTH during the night but in the morning I can feel a pool of water in my stomach and I have to pee but I still feel super dehydrated

now this morning my fiance made me drink a whole 32oz Powerade and I do feel more hydrated now (still havent peed yet so i dont know the color) and I dont feel the water in my stomach anymore

I really need the BEST advice anyone can give me on any or all of whats happening to me

I cant get to a doctor right now and I live in hawaii so the humidity will quickly dehydrate me again I know it

Pregnancy and diabetes do NOT by any stretch of the imagination have the same sysmptoms.
