Any suggestions for getting rid of tonsil stones? Can I gargle with something to help? Change diet?
I've had these on and off for more than a year. I tired gargling with salt/water, peroxide/water...doesn't seem to make a difference.
Can I change my diet to rid of them for good?
well...I've had my tonsils for 53 years, so I'm not about to have them out, besides from what I read the "yank the tonsil" thingy doesn't always get rid of the problem. I was hoping maybe there is something, or some diet change I could do.

I think the only solution is to have your tonsils removed. I have read about people picking them out but new ones will form. . I have only had experience with them about 5 times in my life and they suck!
