White dots appear on my swollen tonsils, what are they?i have been sick for about 4 days now. it started with coldsores, followed by a sore throat with swollen glands/ tonsils, then by achy joints, and a high fever of 102.4. Today i saw clusters of white bumps on my tonsils. i went to the doctor 2 days ago and she told me i just had a virus due to the coldsores on my lips, but for some reason i think its more then that.any suggestions?

I would recommend getting another opinion, preferably from someone that does not share the same office of the doctor you currently go to for care, to see what they think could be going on.

hi! if you havent gone to the docs yet, you might want to google or something like strep throat, ive had that alot and sound alot like what i had, except for the lip thing??
