Tonsil stones, or Tonsiliths, are just clumps of bacteria and food particles that get lodged in the crevices of your tonsils.
I get them every now and again too. They will dislodge naturally, and if they do, just pick them out and throw them away. If they're really bugging you, you can use your finger/fingernail and scrape it off, or use a q-tip.
There not anything bad, so you don't need to worry. They're just gross and inconvenient.
