How long will it take for the white spots to clear from my tonsils, 3 days on antibiotics for tonsilitis?I've been struggling with tonsilitis for five days now, but have only been on antibiotics for three days. My tonsils are still swollen and the white spots make me want to start surgery on myself... its really driving me crazy.
Thanks for the comments, I have never been this sick before. I cannot wait until I recover so that I can get these stinkin' tonsils REMOVED!!! ~sigh~

Keep taking the medicine and beside that gargle with Luke warm water and a pinch of table salt in it.

I'm not a Dr, but you should have seen a difference after 24 hours on antibiotics, Talk to the Dr, maybe the antibiotics arent strong enough for you.

mine go away after around 5 days of being on antibiotics . . .
