Does anybody have a good remedy for swollen tonsils and a dry sinus?I have never had my tonsils out and they swell up and bother me quite often. When this happens it dries out my sinuses and it becomes painful to breath and swallow. Do any of you have any good ideas to relieve the pain of the swelling in my throat and my dry nose?

vitamin c is good for a sore throat, but i suggust seeing a doctor about this

Bad water can cause problems with tonsils, Boil the water or drink bottled water.

gargle with salt water, use a nasal saline spray, or check out this neti pot

Make an appt with your doctor. In the meantime gargle with salt water as hot as you can stand it. Use a saline solution in your nose, it's just salt water. You can use a q-tip for putting Vaseline on the inside of your nose too. Also you can take an over the counter pain reliever.
