Can tonsillitis cause crankiness or pull down general well being?I usually go to a health check once a year and every time I do the doc tells me that my tonsils are shady. Because I peed blood instead of urine, 2 months ago, the doctors said "Holy shit, we need to get rid of those." Anyway, can tonsillitis cause crankiness, bad mood and shit like that?
Except the pee blood instead of water thingy my health seems to be good.

Tonsillitis is an infection/illness, causing changes to your body..when this happens your body isn't how it normally is which causes behavioral changes.

Tonsilitis is a bacterial infection on the tonsils which can often lead to their removal in serious cases (i've never heard of this being linked to peeing blood, that's usually caused by a blow to the lower stomach or a bladder/urethra infection).
However, bacterial infections cannot cause mood changes because they don't really alter hormone levels or neurotransmitters. (mostly responsible for mood swings etc).
If you're a girl and are on the pill, speak to your doctor about changing the pill you're on because this is more likely to be the cause of mood swings.
